    At Silver Moon Creations, each product is custom-made on demand. We aim to deliver high-quality items, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


    1. Eligibility for Returns

    Since our products are printed only after an order is placed, we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

    • Wrong or incorrect item received

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Printing error or poor-quality print

    • Item missing from shipment

    To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


    2. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Wrong size selection by the customer

    • Change of mind after ordering

    • Color variation due to display differences

    • Personalized/custom designs approved by the customer

    All items are printed on demand; therefore, general returns are not allowed.


    3. Refunds

    Refunds are issued only if:

    • The returned product is verified as damaged or incorrect

    • We are unable to replace the item

    • The product cannot be reprinted due to availability issues

    Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


    4. Replacement Process

    If your item qualifies for replacement:

    1. Contact us with your order number and issue details

    2. Attach clear photos of the defect or wrong item

    3. Our team will review the request

    4. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost

    Replacements are shipped only after verification.


    5. Order Cancellations

    Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly.
    Therefore, cancellations are not always possible, especially after printing has started.
    If your order is still in the early stage, we will try our best to assist.


    6. Wrong Address Policy

    If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address:

    • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders

    • No refunds will be issued

    • Reprints may be possible at customer’s cost
