    At Silver Moon Creations, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your products are processed, shipped, and delivered.


    1. Order Processing Time

    All products are printed after an order is placed.
    Processing time usually takes:

    • 2 to 5 business days for printing and quality checks

    • During festivals or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer

    You will receive order confirmation via email/website immediately after placing your order.


    2. Shipping Time

    Shipping time depends on your location and the print provider. Typical delivery time:

    • 7 to 15 business days (standard delivery)

    • Remote locations may take longer

    Total time = Processing time + Shipping time.


    3. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges depend on:

    • Product type

    • Customer’s location

    • Print provider’s rates

    Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.


    4. Tracking Information

    Once your item is shipped:

    • A tracking number will be generated (where available)

    • Tracking link may take 24–48 hours to update

    • Some locations may have limited tracking support


    5. Multiple Shipments

    If your order contains multiple items:

    • They may be shipped separately

    • You may receive separate tracking numbers

    This happens when products are printed at different partner facilities.


    6. Delivery Delays

    Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Festival seasons

    • Local courier delays

    • Weather issues

    • Customs checks

    • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

    Silver Moon Creations is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect customer details.


    7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

    If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

    • The order may be returned, delayed, or lost

    • No refunds will be issued for wrong address issues

    • Reprints may be provided at customer's cost

    Please double-check your address before placing the order.


    8. Lost or Stolen Packages

    If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:

    • Please check with neighbors or building security

    • Contact local courier service for assistance

    Silver Moon Creations is not liable for packages lost after delivery confirmation.
